An Admin is the employee who works with a fixed payment in the operating office. Admins has power over any member.
Who is a Member?
A member is a freelancer who works for Eyes on Life based on online contract and works remotely.
Levels of Members
There are three levels of members, Level 1, 2 and 3. Level 1 members are the tops among all members. Level 3 are the lowest level, all the new entries are referred to as Level 3. The members who show better performance, upgraded to Level 2 and then Level 1. Level 1 members has opportunities to become an admin.
What is a Green Mark?
Green marks are to mark both the admins and members as they have no kind of negetive record. Green marks helps an admin or member to get upgraded.
What is a Red Mark?
Red marks are to mark Severe Negative Activities of an admin or member. Three red marks terminate a member or an admin.
What is an Orange Mark?
Orange marks are to mark Negative Activities of an admin or member. Three orange marks creats a Red Mark.
What is Negative Activity?
There are several kinds of behaviour could be marked as a Negative Activity....
1 - Sending Contents with Copyright Issue: If any admin or member provides any content that has any obligation of copyright issue, the incident will be recorded as a Negative Activity, and will add one Red mark to the admin or members profile.
2 - Getting Failed to Submit A Project in Time: If any admin or member (or a group when works in a team) get fails to submit any project before the given timeline expires, after taking responsibility, the incident will be recorded as a Negative Activity, and will add one Orange mark to the admin or members profile.
3 - Sending Contents including copy-paste words: If any admin or member provides any content including words which are copied from some other contents, the incident will be recorded as a Negative Activity, and will add one Red mark to the admin or members profile.
4 - Conducts and Behaviours: Both the Admin and Members should maintain their dignity him/herself, juniors should honor their seniors, and seniors also should be caring and commanding. If any admin or member fails to control his/her conduct and behviour in any ways, the incident will be recorded as a Negative Activity, and will add one Red mark to the admin or members profile.
5 - Privacy and Policies: Both the Admin and Members are not allowed to share the privacy and policies used by Eyes on Life with others (privately and professionally). If any admin or member leaks any of the documents or related, the incident will be recorded as a Severe Negative Activity, and will block the admin or members profile, and also will be able to stand for justice.
Ownership
Every admins and members are conditionally part of the owners of Eyes on Life, where all the admins are the owner of 40% (Fourty Percent) of the company and all the members are the owner of 60%, but none of them can demand its ownership alone or in a group or everyone along. The owners will continue to enjoy the benefits of Eyes on Life, but will be able to use the power of ownership only when....
1 - If someone or a group or any type of organization tries to stop the servers or any service by Eyes on Life.
2 - To add or delete any services by Eyes on Life.
3 - For any kind of development to Eyes on Life.
Membership Cancellation
1 - Inactivity - If there no activities from any member for 90 (ninety) days, the membership will be cancelled, but the revenue for contents will be continued.
2 - Red Mark Limit Crossing - If any member gets three red marks, his/her membership will be cancelled.
3 - Privacy and Policy Leak Out - If any member share any of the privacy and Policy outside Eyes on Life, his/her membership will be cancelled.
